Congress Venue

Scandic Lerkendal will be one of the largest convention facilities in the Nordic region. 

It is recommended to stay at the Scandic Lerkendal Hotel, which is attached to the Congress venue. A booking code is made available during the registration process. Standard rooms include wooden floors, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, TV with movie channels, free WiFi, desk, chair, iron and ironing board, safe. Rooms have different bed configurations please specify a single bed, twin beds or a queen size bed when making your reservation.

The hotel will be Norway's largest facility for meetings and conferences, with 400 rooms. Scandic Lerkendal Hotel will be built as the world's most energy-efficient hotel, with an energy consumption of 50 kwh/m²/year.
